Polimines Deluxe is a captivating new puzzle title from Penguin Pop Games that promises to challenge players' skills like never before. With elements of games like Minesweeper, Picross and Nonograms, Polimines brings the confusing, challenging and above-all logical game to the palm of your hand like never before.
As we said, Polimines is a mix between Minesweeper and Nonograms. The former is, of course, a classic game of deduction where you must detect where 'mines' are placed on a grid, flagging up suspected locations while opening blank tiles that may then start a chain reaction by opening more blank tiles. The latter is a simple space-filling game where you have to mark coordinates on a grid in order to build up a complete picture.
Combining the two makes for an even more challenging, baffling yet...weirdly logical puzzle game.
Confused? So are weYes, Polimines is a confusing game, but it follows the logic of titles like Minesweeper to a 't'. So if you're looking for a compact yet challenging puzzle experience you could do a lot worse than this game.
