Pokemon Go is releasing the research-filled A Mystic Hero event next week
April is shaping up to be quite an epic month for Pokémon Go fans thanks to the multitude of events that are set to take place. The Spring into Spring event is already live and Regieleki will debut in Elite Raids in a few days. Trainers also have two Community Days to look forward to and of course, the usual raids and spotlight hours.
Another event will be going live next week, called A Mystic Hero. It will be held between April 13th and 17th, with loads of research tasks focusing on evolution taking place. Blanche is not one to ask for support, but it looks like the Team Mystic Leader could really use a hand. Players must rise up to the task and become the Mystic Hero who figures out the secrets of Pokémon Evolution.
The hallmark challenge of this event is the Special Research story, titled A Mystic Hero. It features numerous tasks featuring Blanche. Completing this research will reward players with an encounter with Lapras wearing a Blanche-themed accessory. Don’t miss out on it because it’s the only way to get the Pokémon this season.
In addition to this, there will be Field Research with quests based on evolving and catching Pokémon. Rewards include Stardust and Evolution items. Plus, a Timed Research will be giving away Magnetic Lures to everyone. There are quite a few bonuses to take advantage of as well. Trainers will receive 2x XP for evolving Pokémon, Lure Modules will last for three hours, and two Candy XL are guaranteed on evolutions.
Finally, be sure to check out the other Special Research – An Everyday Hero, that is available to all trainers for free. It will last throughout Season 10: Rising Heroes, with missions based on helping Professor Willow uncover more secrets. The research will be available until June 1st at 10:00 am local time.
