Uncharted Waters Origin is set to launch the official global version within the next week

LINE GAMES’ highly anticipated seafaring sandbox RPG Uncharted Waters Origin will officially launch its global version on the 7th of this month! Utilising Unreal Engine 4, this game offers up a 16th-century ocean adventure where you’re free to do as you choose, be it a pirate’s life, merchant work, exploration, and much much more!

Many gamers have been extremely excited to check out Uncharted Waters Origin, especially those that are already fans of the previous entries in this franchise. Prior to Origin, Uncharted Waters II: New Horizons and Uncharted Waters: Gaiden introduced players to a similar concept that stays the same across every game in the series: sandbox seafaring adventures.

And now, with Origin, LINE GAMES is hoping to take an AAA-worthy experience to our pockets, helped a ton by its 4K Unreal Engine 4 graphical engine alongside 104 original songs for the soundtrack too! With the game having already been launched in South Korea to a massively positive reception, it’s wonderful to finally see it on its way to the rest of the globe.

Gameplay-wise, you can expect a different experience depending on what you’re looking to do yourself. Do you want to take on other ships in naval combat as you rob them of their riches? Go ahead! Looking to live a peaceful life on the seas as you discover hidden treasures buried on beaches or within secret caves? Why not? There’s a ton of variety on display here, and the world is truly your oyster.

If this all sounds excellent to you, you can check out the official website for more information and a deeper look at the game itself. In the meantime, why not pre-register for the game at either of the links below this article?
