Summoners War: Lost Centuria adds new monster, new in-game currency, and gives away IRL prizes during first-anniversary event

Com2uS is celebrating one year since its official launch for Summoners War: Lost Centuria, its real-time PvP strategy card game on mobile. As part of the festivities, the game is treating players to a new Light Hero Monster, Renée, as well as a new currency called “Magic Powder Dust” and more.

In the latest update for Summoners War: Lost Centuria, players can expect not only in-game goodies during the first-year anniversary but also actual goodies in real life. These physical IRL prizes include an iPad Pro, Apple Watch (7 Series) and an AirPod Pro.

In particular, the new “Magic Powder Dust” currency lets players exchange these (along with Ancient Crystal) for LCT, which is the game's digital token that will be redeemable via the C2X Station electronic wallet (this will come in a future update). The Magic Powder Dust will be obtainable until March 31st via the main content as well as the Ranking Battle mode.

As for the physical rewards, players who are able to invite more than five friends to install the game will get a chance to enter the contest, where the top 10 lucky winners will receive the physical goodies. On the other hand, Renée, the new Light Hero Monster, is able to protect allies with her "Magnetic Field" skill. She also has a "Recovery Module" passive skill that lets her recover her HP every ten seconds by 5%. When inflicted with skill damage, she also grants Shield equal to 30% of the reduced HP.

If you're keen on joining in on all the festivities, Summoners War: Lost Centuria is available to download on the Google Play Store for Android devices and the iOS App Store. It's a free-to-play game with in-app purchases.
