PUBG Mobile, Arena of Valor and other games have been selected as Esports Medal Event at 2022 Asian Games
That's right! Tencent has announced that PUBG Mobile will be seen at the Asian Games 2022 event. This will be the first time that Asian Games will add esports as a medal event. However, Asian Games have already allowed Esports events in 2018 as demonstrative sports. But for the first time, in the 2022 Asian Games, Esports will make an official debut with eight games, including PUBG Mobile and Arena of Valor
Asian Games 2022
Every four years, the best athletes from all over Asia compete against each other to get medals for their country. The 2022 Asian Games is a multi-sports event that will be held in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China. The dates are September 10th to September 25th, 2022. This Asian Games Event will be different from the previous as it will also include Oceania for the first time, which has received approval from the Olympic Council of Asia (OCA). That's not all, either. Esports will also be included as a medal event next year. It will be the 37th sport to be played. There will be eight medal event sports and two demonstrative sports in the Esports category.The list of the game to be included are:

- League of Legends
- Fifa
- Street Fighter V
- Arena of Valor
- Dream of Three Kingdoms 2
