The sleep helper app collection game combo Pokemon Sleep has revealed its short-term future plans to enhance the experience the game offers within the coming few weeks. This popular new app acts as both a sleep tracker and a collectathon game, all mixed into a Pokemon-themed package, and has remained a chart topper within the App Store especially, seeing a lot of success since only releasing a few weeks back.

Despite that success, avid players of Pokemon Sleep will be quick to tell you about an assortment of problems the app has which are hard to dispute. For example, one of the issues that have been plaguing me specifically is that typically, when you tap your Pokemon helpers, they’ll gather up ingredients for you to cook up for your Snorlax. A constant bug in this regard has been those ingredients ending up in a corner of the screen that a button is hovering over, making them nearly inaccessible and a bit of a pain to grab.

Another issue is the semi-frequent freezing of the app when you click on the sleep button and it begins to play the Snorlax animation of him eating up all the leftover food and collecting your helpers into their Pokeballs. This has also occurred to me a few times, and while it’s not world-ending, it is a bit annoying.

Well, lucky for us then that the development team behind Pokemon Sleep has revealed that they are addressing not only those two prominent issues but also planning to add in more Pokemon soon as well as launch the next big in-game event, which we’ve discussed previously.

So, while a casual affair that doesn’t require a ton of playing, Pokemon Sleep is still being supported pretty intensely, and it seems like the dev team is insistent on making sure it stays a pleasant experience.
