Last I spoke to French developer Bulkypix, there'd been around 1.6 million fights on the iPhone adaptation of the popular web fighting RPG, My Brute - a number that's likely to be closer to 2 million by now, I should think.

And that number's set to get even bigger now that Bulkypix has just released My Brute Lite onto the App Store. This free version packs in essentially the same punches as the full version, but limits you to just three fights a day.

Some 3.0 features were also recently added to My Brute, allowing you to listen to your own music as you duke it out in the arenas, and a world ranking list is also in the works, so you can see who has the best kung fu.

Head on over to the App Store to check out My Brute Lite, and if you want to really get your sleeves rolled up and some serious punches thrown, hit the 'Buy It!' button to scope out the full version.

Yes. Spanner's his real name, and he's already heard that joke you just thought of. Although Spanner's not very good, he's quite fast, and that seems to be enough to keep him in a regular supply of free games and away from the depressing world of real work.
