Longshot makes his grand debut in Marvel Contest of Champions today

Superhero Longshot is set to make his grand Marvel Contest of Champions debut today. Seen as supervillain Mojo's archenemy, he comes bearing superhuman traits and impressive powers of probability manipulation.

He wasn't born with these unique powers, though, they were given to him via genetic enhancement from Arize. The strength of Longshot's powers was based on the purity of his heart, meaning he could one day become the hero to start a civil war and overthrow the monstrous Mojo and his reign of terror.

Longshot works best when played both offensively and defensively, switching between combat styles when the need arises. Playing defensively builds good karma for Longshot, unlocking powerful new abilities in his special attacks. He can also be a massive damage dealer if you're willing to play offensively, which builds bad karma on your opponent and allows for huge eruptions of damage.

Longshot falls into the Mystic character class and his basic abilities include Karma, Pure of Heart, Incinerate, and Fate Seal.
