Goddess of Victory: Nikke launches its newest event, License to Kill, which comes with a brand new character and a returning favorite

Popular anime gacha idle shooter Nikke: Goddess of Victory has launched its latest big event. Titled License To Kill, this event brings in a brand new Nikke to collect alongside a returning Nikke for players who missed her the first time, as well as some new event stages that will prove quite a challenge to clear.

Nikke has been one of the biggest success stories in recent memory, enticing a massive player base that has remained relatively consistent since its launch. Whether it’s the, shall we say, interesting character designs, or the engaging and unique cover-based shooter gameplay, or even the decently in-depth story, there’s a lot to love about the game.

And with this new event, players will have yet another Nikke to fall in love with. The new addition, the Elysion SMG Attacker D, will be the favourite of anyone looking for a damage-buffing and boss-killing Attacker. Her skills mostly focus on doing damage to specific parts, but also can do AoE damage to all enemies as well as charge up the Burst Gauge of allied Nikke characters.

Alongside D, we also have the return of Alice, who was a beloved Nikke available back when the game first launched. She also occupies an Attacker role, and is primarily built around doing massive penetration damage with her sniper, as well as nuking single targets.

With these two Nikke units, there are also some new event-limited stages to clear that will offer up some nice rewards such as premium currency to use on gacha banners, upgrade materials, and new story chapters that will open up the backstory behind D and her partner K.

So, if you’re a Nikke player, there are lots to collect and clear with this new event. Why not check it out yourself by downloading the game for free at either of the links below this article?
