Dragonheir: Silent Gods launches its first closed beta test running for a full month ahead of nearby release date

Chinese developer SGRA Studio has announced that their upcoming isometric action RPG Dragonheir: Silent Gods has begun its first closed beta test within the US, UK, Australia, and Canada before its planned 2023 release. This new release is inspired by classic Dungeons and Dragons adventures, and seeks to let players experience a lovely original fantasy world with some engaging gameplay.

Set in a high fantasy world inhabited by the likes of dragons, mages, dwarves, and more, Dragonheir seeks to put players into the shoes of a hero whose job is to assemble a group of adventurers to fight for glory and do battle with massive foes, all in an effort to unite the lands and become a true heroic legend.

Combining strategic combat with a lot of inspiration from tabletop RPGs like Dungeons and Dragons or Pathfinder, the game encourages players to combine different champions and their abilities to succeed in their adventures.

Every character you find utilises their own unique skills and talents, and as you do battle and grow, you’ll be able to level up all of these characters and make them even better until you have your dream party of up to four.

Dragonheir touts a nonlinear manner of exploration, full of rich lore to hunt down and learn of. Combine this with a ton of different NPCs and adventurers, each with their own stories, and there’s plenty to dig into on the story side of things.

This closed beta test will run from December 8th to January 8th, giving players a full month to check it out ahead of release. If you’d like to sign up yourself, you can sign up for the Android beta at the link below.
