Wobbly Life lets you live out your dreams in ludicrous, physics-fuelled multiplayer adventure

Wobbly Life lets you live out your dreams in ludicrous, physics-fuelled multiplayer adventure
  • Wobbly Life now available to purchase on iOS and Android
  • Physics-fuelled chaos sees you getting a job after being kicked out of your house
  • But between delivering pizza, taking on aliens and even crazier, you'll have your work cut out for you

We've seen a lot of GTA-likes try to capture the chaos and scale of Los Santos on mobile, to mixed success. But whereas most try to make their anarchic cityscapes feel realistic, Wobbly Life goes entirely in the other direction. Available to purchase on iOS and Android, this physics-driven sandbox offers a chaotic multiplayer spin on open-world action.

In Wobbly Life, you find yourself unceremoniously booted from your grandmother's home, where you've been living with one simple objective: get a job. But that's far from as simple as it seems: You'll be taking on everything from delivering pizza to venturing into space in your pursuit of a stable income!

Get wobbly

Even that description sort of undersells Wobbly Life, which I'd best describe as a mixture of Saints Row and Gang Beasts. Although even that undersells the fact that this is a true, open sandbox with nearly everything in it being interactive or tied to a larger mission in some way.

Of course, there are some drawbacks for those of you looking for the next GTA. This is primarily an all-ages game that doesn't take itself too seriously, and that wobbly (pun intended) style of movement and interactivity is sure to grate on those used to precise controls.

Equally, having launched to an Overwhelmingly Positive reception already on Steam, I can't help but imagine that Wobbly Life will garner a similar critical consensus as it hits iOS and Android, bringing the same anarchic chaos to fans on the go as those on PC have already enjoyed.

But Wobbly Life is far from the only major release you should have your eyeballs on this week. For the most interesting and worthwhile launches to play, why not check out our list of the top five new mobile games to try this week?
