Wizardry Variants Daphne introduces new quest, Plot of the Sand Shadow

What with Wizardry being inspired by and influencing the world of TTRPGs, it should be no surprise that a new quest for Wizardry Variants Daphne is always big news! And Wizardry Variants Daphne is taking adventurers into a brand new challenge with Plot of the Sand Shadow today, as well as the return of a certain featured adventurer.

Like all good adventures, Plot of the Sand Shadow comes with a great hook as it'll see your adventuring party journeying out from Garuda Castle in search of a forgotten dungeon now buried beneath sand called, well, Sand Shadow Cave.

To take the quest, you simply need to take on the Paulownia Box Recovery request available at the Adventurer's Guild in the Royal Capital of Luknalia. Aside from the usual rewards in Sand Shadow Cave, you also have a chance of obtaining Ration Pills from chests that can be exchanged for special rewards at the Jeweler's Special Exchange.

The adventure of a weekend

There are other key items to keep a lookout for in the treasure troves of Sand Shadow Cave, such as Heat-Haze Light Armour Boots, which offer the Confusion & Charm Tolerance Qualities, while the Codex of Learning can enhance a single learned skill and grant 25 Skill EXP.

Finally, keep a weather eye on the horizon for the return of the featured adventurer [Reminiscence] Unenlightened Assassin Rinne, who'll be available through her own Unique Remains event from June 26th to July 23rd and brings both her equipment and deadly Shinobi skills to Wizardry Variants Daphne.
