Warhammer 40,000: Tacticus introduces the Tyrant Guard and Screamer-Killer in latest update

Snowprint Studios has just announced a new update for Warhammer 40,000: Tacticus, which unleashes the deadly threat of the Tyranids on the galaxy. With the addition of the Tyrant Guard and Screamer-Killer this month, their faction’s numbers are set to grow exponentially. The trailer embedded below gives a good look at what players can expect.

Warhammer 40,000: Tacticus’ latest update introduces the Tyrant Guardian, the ultimate guardian whose only job is to protect their Tyranid overlords. They absorb immense damage thanks to their tough armour that protects them from incoming gunfire. Despite that, they are agile creatures who vehemently charge at enemies, smashing anything that comes their way.

Then there’s the Screamer-Killer who can comfortably challenge an entire team of fighters. Having access to a myriad of weapons makes it one of the most fearsome creatures in the galaxy. The monster has a bio-plasmic scream that can obliterate even Space Marines. If that wasn’t enough, then its talons are sure to tear everything to shreds.
