Digital Extreme has just dropped some exciting news for Warframe fans as the next Prime Warframe has arrived in the popular shooter. Lavos Prime is officially here, bringing a mix of alchemical abilities, enhanced stats, and a distinctive gold-trimmed design. With increased health, shields, and an extra Naramon Polarity mod slot, this Warframe is built for both resilience and adaptability.
Warframe’s latest character, Lavos Prime, is a transmuter-themed Warframe whose story ties into the Orokin Empire. Here, he once served as a jailer to a rogue alchemist. Instead of allowing the prisoner’s execution, he transmuted his teacher into a serpent and bonded him to his left arm.
This history is reflected in Lavos Prime’s combat abilities, which combine elemental attacks with alchemy-inspired mechanics. His abilities let you consume enemies with serpent whips, leave behind a trail of freezing vials, launch transmutation probes to convert pickups into universal Primitems, and unleash fiery gel to catalyse combat.
Alongside Lavos Prime, two Prime weapons are now available – the Cedo Prime shotgun and Dual Zoren Prime twin axes. The Nimandi Prime Armor, Vitam Prime Syandana, and a Prime Transmutation Probe decoration are also available, offering additional customization options.
