Waltz of the Wizard lets you practice wondrous wizardry with a skull sidekick, coming soon to iOS
  • Expect intuitive controls suited for the touch interface
  • Skully’s Fantastic Fails content update coincides with the iOS launch
  • Coming later this year

Aldin Dynamics has announced the upcoming launch of Waltz of the Wizard, an immersive new experience that's coming to iOS later in the year. On top of its mobile launch, the VR game will also be adding new content across all platforms, so if you're looking to spice up the daily grind, this should hopefully help weave a little bit of magic into your day.

In particular, the iOS launch of Waltz of the Wizard will also add “Skully’s Fantastic Fails” to the VR adventure, which will headline the titular Skully reacting to your every move. Of course, given the new mobile platform, you can expect intuitive controls and gestures that will make full use of the touch interface as well.

Meanwhile, the new Reality Mode will be exclusive to the mobile platform, which means you can interact with Skully in AR to boost the immersion even further. And since this is a wizardry simulator, I feel like it would be super interesting to see how I can actually brew potions and make magic first-hand (Hogwarts, here I come).
