This means that a new hero will be joining the fray - in particular, you can aim to add new UR hero [Incomplete Control] Oppressor Demon King to your roster of characters and discover a special Hero Trial Story too.
In the latest update for The Seven Deadly Sins: Grand Cross, you can look forward to rolling the gacha with the limited-time The Ruler’s Return Festival Draw, which lets you score UR/SSR heroes when you hit specific milestones. This guarantees [Incomplete Control] Oppressor Demon King too at some point, so if you've been hoarding your currencies, this might just be the time to unleash them all.
