Killer Edge Racing developer plans royalties giveaway for follow up, Sqramble
Scoreboard competition to utilise Scoreloop

In a novel promotional drive, iPhone developer Nalin Sharma - who hit the news recently when his game Killer Edge Racing attracted the attention of the notorious Tim Langdell - has announced he plans to give away a total of half the net royalties his puzzle game Sqramble has so far amassed from the App Store.
The money will be doled out to players who have a particular knack for the puzzle game. A competition to find the three best scores will run until 30th April 2010.
Sqramble has been described as a one-dimensional take on a Rubik's Cube. Players having to line up coloured squares, each move they make to rectify the situation running the risk of setting them further back.
The idea, of course, is to restore order within the quickest time possible, and Sqramble's competition will use Scoreloop to judge its entries. Those wishing to take part will naturally have to sign up for free Scoreloop accounts in order to upload their potentially winning score.
Just three players will be rewarded when the competition draws to a close, third place picking up 10 per cent of Sqramble's net royalties, second place 15 per cent, and the winner taking home a mighty 25 per cent.
Full details regarding the competition, which is sponsored by Video Mind Games, can be found at the game's official website.
