Japanese solo developer Tanisu Games has officially announced the release of Space Love, a 2D maze game featuring retro visuals that's out now on iOS and Android. The search for true love is always a challenge, and even more so when you're dodging evil extra-terrestrials in the vastness of space. In Space Love, players will embark on an epic quest to find the elusive "The One" while navigating through dangerous obstacles along the way.

In Space Love, players can look forward to wandering the galaxy in search of their lover as they attempt to get to her in one piece without falling off the blocks. There are also malevolent forces who will stop at nothing to keep you from reaching your loved one, but thankfully, you can make use of the various items that fall on your path to help you breeze through the stages.

The game features 10 levels to complete, as well as a charming pixel-art style that brings on the nostalgia for retro gamers. The maze gets progressively more difficult as it expands as well, challenging you along the way but with simple controls. In case you do meet your ultimate demise, you can easily give it another go with infinite retries.

If you're keen on joining in on all the fun, you can download Space Love on the iOS App Store and on the Google Play Store for Android devices. It's a free-to-play game with ads. You can also visit the official website for more info on the studio, or take a little sneak peek at the embedded clip above to get a feel of the game's charm.
