Shoot is a pixel-art side-scrolling platformer that's out now on Android

In case you missed it, APG Studios has officially launched Shoot - the 2D platformer sees you going from point A to point B in a side-scrolling shooting game on landscape mode, where you'll have to shoot at everything from random dudes with a baseball bat to guys in football gear waiting to take you out for some reason.

In Shoot, as the title suggests, surviving each level is a simple matter of shooting at bad guys standing in your way. You can jump across platforms as well while making your way to your destination, all across visuals presented in charming retro-style pixel art.

As you progress through the game, you can also unlock weapons and discover powerful upgrades to help you ace more challenging levels. There will also be boss fights waiting to put your shooting and leaping prowess to the test, and the best part of it all is that you can do all these without the need for an internet connection. This makes it a fab pick-up-and-play game that you can get into even when you're off the grid.

If you're eager to join in on the fun, you can now download Shoot on the Google Play Store for Android devices. It's a free-to-play game with ads. You can join the community of followers on Twitter to stay updated on all the latest developments as well, visit the official website for more info on the game, or take a little sneak peek at the embedded clip above to get a feel of the game's vibes and visuals.
