How to get Roland in Sakura Stand?
Looking to add another magical spec to your collection? Here’s how to get Roland in Sakura Stand!

Much like every other Spec in Sakura Stand, obtaining Roland takes a lot of time and grinding. Aside from a few prerequisites, you must complete the Black Silence Quest to get your hands on Roland. There are multiple side quests within the main quest that can take up a lot of time even if you know what you’re doing. So, to help everyone, we’ve created this short guide on obtaining Roland in Sakura Stand.
How to unlock Roland in Sakura Stand?
Right now, there’s only one way to obtain Roland in Sakura Stand: completing the Black Silence Quest. But, before you can start it, you must meet the following requirements:- Must have Mastery Level 6 or higher.
- Equip Standless.
If you fulfil both these conditions, you can obtain the Roland spec in Sakura Stand by completing the Black Silence Quest.
How To Complete the Black Silence Quest?
To get things started, head over to the Dark Alley. There, you have to find and talk to Olivier. Since there are no exact coordinates to follow, you’ll have to search for Olivier on your own.
Once you find Olivier, he’ll give you the first task - collect a Black Mask.
Task 1
Black Masks drop randomly in 10+ player lobbies. You might get it instantly after entering a lobby and killing a few players or you might have to wait a full 10 minutes. After obtaining the Black Mask, go back to the Dark Alley and hand over the Black mask to Olivier. He’ll transform that mask into the Perception Blocking Mask that you can now equip and use.Task 2
Next, you have to go to the Unrented Office. In there, you’ll find another NPC, Harold, lying behind the counter. Harold will assign you two new tasks - Deal 500 Standless Damage and Kill 10 Players.
After completing these tasks, go back and talk to Harold once again.
This time, he’ll give you a Smoldering Fragment. Equip that too before moving on to the third act of the Black Silence Quest- the Librarian’s Errand.
Task 3
Find and talk to Amm. You can find her standing outside the Cafe.
Once you interact with her, she’ll give you the next quest and share a sequence of SIX colours - Red, Green, Blue, White, Orange, and Purple. The order of the colours is different for every player. Moreover, the number corresponding to each colour is also different. However, the locations are the same.
- Red Number: Heaven Obtainment Place
- Green Number: Next to Geto’s NPC Spawn
- Blue Number: In the Ruined City
- White Number: Right side of Hueco Mundo
- Orange Number: Behind the plant in the Library
- Purple Number: Left side of the Holy Grail in the Hall of Heroes
Find the numbers in the right sequence and you can make out a code from all the numbers you find in the various locations.
Once you have the code, head to the Library and interact with the bookshelves in order of the code. After that, you’ll see a laptop on the table with the same code. Hit submit to complete the Librarian’s Errand.
Task 4
Now, for the finishing touch, you have to defeat the NINE bosses and obtain their weapons.Below is a table that shows the bosses and their respective weapons:
Boss | Weapons | Drop Chance |
Toji | Wheels Industry, Mook Workshop. | 25% |
Jotaro | Ranga Workshop, Atelier Logic, Old Boys Workshop, Crystal Atelier | 35% |
Dio | Ranga Workshop, Atelier Logic, Old Boys Workshop, Crystal Atelier | 65% |
Deku | Allas Workshop, Durandal, Zelkova Workshop | 70% |
Obtain all these weapons and interact with Olivier once again to complete the Black Silence quest and get the fabled Roland spec.
The final step - also known as the Boss grind - is the toughest part of the whole quest and feels a bit unnecessary. But, it is what it is. If you want Roland, you have to get him the hard way- for now at least. There are talks of a second obtainment method being added to the game. When that happens, this guide will be updated accordingly.
And now that you've done with the guide, note that we have a tier list for Sakura Stand that ranks all of the characters inspired by JoJo’s Bizzare Adventure.
