Reverse: 1999 to host new spring update stream this month to mark 2.5 years since launch

• Reverse: 1999 is set to introduce new anniversary content
• And all is set to be revealed in an upcoming anniversary livestream
• That includes a whole host of rewards and info on their latest major update

While it may not be the biggest announcement, Reverse: 1999 is eager to celebrate its upcoming 2.5th anniversary. At a time when we're still steadily losing games that have been around for what seems like forever, even reaching relatively minor milestones is cause for celebration by developers and fans alike.

Bluepoch certainly aren't shy about doing so, and are planning to host a special anniversary stream on April 4th. Aired via the official Reverse: 1999 YouTube channel, this stream promises to offer plenty of news and teasers about what's coming in their latest update, Spring Unending.

We actually do already know a little bit about this coming update, too. Spring Unending is apparently going to be heavily themed after Chinese martial arts. Although those of you hoping for an official reveal trailer may have been suckered in by Bluepoch's own April Fool's joke shown below.

Oh, and that April Fool's joke? Turns out that the Reverse: 1999 promo code listed in it is actually legitimate, so that's fun. But, for those of you who're more interested in checking in on more er, professional content, this upcoming livestream promises even more goodies to enjoy.

Aside from updates about Spring Unending and what fans can expect when the update drops, Bluepoch also promises to offer up free summons and exclusive in-game redemption codes as part of the broadcast.
