Pokemon Go Fest 2023 comes to London this summer for an in-person event
| Pokemon GO

Niantic has announced that Pokemon Go Fest 2023 will come to London for the first time this summer. The event will be split into two different experiences and locations. The first half of the day will see trainers flock to Brockwell Park, while they will spend the second exploring the larger London area.

If you're keen to get involved, you can snag a one-day ticket at a reduced price. Between now and June 15th, they will cost £27 (plus fees and any applicable taxes). Of course, there will only be a limited number of these available, so act quickly if you want to secure your place at a discount.

And that's everything we know about the London event so far, although more details are expected to be announced soon. But Pokemon Go Fest is never just about one location. In addition to London, the tour is also coming to Osaka, Japan and New York City, USA. You can check out the specific dates for each location below:

  • August 4-6: Osaka, Japan and London, UK
  • August 18-20: New York City, USA

Then, after the in-person events are over, the Pokemon Go Fest 2023 Global event will close out the annual tradition. It will run from Saturday, August 26th to Sunday 27th. It's a ticketed event that costs $14.99 or your local equivalent.

Although this is the first Pokemon Go Fest London event, it's not the first time the game has held an event in England's capital. Last November, Somerset House played host to the Ultra Beasts. Trainers could catch all seven of these powerful Pokemon on top of enjoying a visual experience, photo ops and some giveaways.

Pokemon Go is available now on the App Store and Google Play. It is a free-to-play game with in-app purchases. If you want to download it, you can do so for your preferred platform using the links below.
