Pako - Car Chase Simulator is a quick-fire police dodger that's just hit the New Zealand App Store. By my calculations that means it should be out in the UK at midnight tonight.
It also happened to come second in the Big Indie Pitch at Pocket Gamer Connects in Helsinki earlier in the year.
The game sees you controlling a little car. Tap the left of the screen to go left and the right of the screen to go right. Your job is to make sure the car keeps moving for as long as possible.
The first part of the game sees you careening through a mall car park. There are trees, parked cars, signs, and the ever-present police vehicles to avoid. You'll be lucky if you last for three seconds on your first go.
But then you find routes, learn when to take the corners, and get the hang of the slightly flighty controls, you might get that up to 20 seconds. Maybe even a minute if you get lucky.
It's a harsh, entertaining, slightly silly experience, and it'll set you back 69p / 99c when it lands in the UK later tonight.
