More Next Level Gaming in association with Razer Right Arrow

During RazerCon 2022, Razer unveiled a dedicated 5G gaming device. It's called the Razer Edge and will allow players to enjoy thousands of triple-A games on the go from the moment it releases. Whether you want to play native Android games or stream through the cloud, the Razer Edge hopes to become your go-to device.

While there are plenty of fantastic native Android games, it's the news about cloud gaming that will probably interest most people. Razer has confirmed the Edge will work with numerous cloud streaming services, including Xbox Cloud Gaming and GeForce Now. Alternatively, if you're interested in remote play, you can access your PC library using Steam Link, Moonlight or Parsec.

The Razer Edge will have a Wi-Fi version for anyone who's only interested in streaming games from the comfort of their own home. Meanwhile, anyone looking to game through the cloud on the go can get the 5G model. You can pre-order the Wi-Fi version through Razer's website right now with a $5 deposit. The device itself costs $399.99 and will release in January 2023.

On the specifications front, the Razer Edge boasts a 6.8-inch AMOLED display with a 144hz refresh rate. It's powered by a Snapdragon G3x Gen 1 Gaming Platform, which, as the name implies, was created with the Edge in mind. It promises hours of gaming with the 5000mAh capacity battery, meaning you can enjoy a long session without fear.

Elsewhere, the Razer Edge will also come bundled with the Razer Kishi V2 Pro, the more featured-packed version of the stellar V2. It offers the same features as its vanilla counterpart with the addition of Razer HyperSense haptic feedback and a 3.5mm audio port for anyone, like me, who refuses to move on from wired headphones.
