Welcome to Friday's edition of Pocket Gamer's free game roundup - a feature that highlights the top App Store titles that have been made free in the past 24 hours.

Today, we have a game inspired by a classic movie that terrified teens throughout the '70s, a fancy puzzler, a colourful bounce-'em-up, and a brain workout.

Jaws (iPhone and iPad)

Inspired by the popular movie from 1975, Jaws sees you take on the role of chief Martin Brody and rescue unsuspecting swimmers before they get gobbled up.

You do this by using touch controls to drag and flick swimmers onto beaches and boats, across ten different levels and two game modes: Campaign and Survival.

Sigma (iPhone)

Sigma is a match-three puzzler with a twist, in that it tasks you with controlling two columns of coloured blocks, which are situated on opposite sides of your screen.

You can shoot blocks from one side to the other, create matches, and quickly tag on additional blocks to increase your chain.

You can earn achievements and climb leaderboards through the Plus+ social gaming network.

Bouncy Seed (iPhone)

Your aim in Bouncy Seed to is aid Paul the seed on his journey to collect sunlight points, by using your finger to draw magical spring boards.

If you manage to survive the game's endless levels for long enough, you'll begin to nab yourself Game Center achievements.

Leaderboards are also present if you're into that kind of thing.

iTrivia: All about Apple (Universal)

Made free - like a lot of the titles in our list over the past two days - to commemorate the death of Steve Jobs, iTrivia: All about Apple features 500 questions relating to the late visionary's fruity Cupertino-based company.

Questions fall into five different categories - Hardware, Software, People, History, and Miscellaneous - which help evaluate your knowledge of Apple.
