Pair of titles to follow Flight Control for iPad

During a meeting at Game Developers Conference, Firemint confirmed it's working on two iPhone and iPod touch games.

While I'm unable to share specific details, I can tell you from having seen both that they're certain to forward the Australian developer's reputation for quality.

One in particular is utterly jaw-dropping and makes Real Racing look like March 2009's lukewarm leftovers.

Not that any of us is particularly surprised given that Firemint walked away with four PocketGamer Awards last week - more than any other iPhone gaming company.

Among the titles for which Firemint was recognised, Flight Control will be landing on iPad the first week of April. No specific date has been set, but I was told to expect the game shortly after the device's April 3 launch.

You can grab Flight Control for iPhone and iPod touch now (if you haven't already) for 59p/99c.
