Let's get on with it!
There are plenty of Stranger Things vibes in the latest standalone instalment to the popular Kingdom franchise, as you bask in the glory of all the neon lights with the micro-strategy game's 80s theme. You'll team up with your friends and build your base to rescue your town from The Greed, all presented in retro pixel art visuals.
The game also offers a Survival Mixtapes mode that will test your survival skills against endless waves of enemies, all these with a synth-wave OST serenading you in the background.
Mortal Kombat Onslaught
This highly anticipated squad-based RPG lets players experience all the blood and gore in an entirely new way on mobile. You'll add iconic characters from the franchise to your roster, and upgrade them with special gear, powerful relics, and unique skills to save your realms against Shinnok.
The game boasts gorgeous cinematic cutscenes where the violence the IP is known for is front and centre, as well as other game modes such as the Boss Tower, PvP Arena, and Chasm Mode.
South of the Circle
This emotional narrative adventure brings on all the feels with its evocative visuals and soundtrack coupled with the bleak backdrop of the Cold War. Players will follow the tale of Cambridge academics Peter and Clara as they make important decisions about love and their careers, made more engaging with a stellar voice cast.
The BAFTA-winning studio's title was previously an Apple Arcade exclusive, but players can now enjoy the game outside of the subscription service for a price tag of $3.99.
This adorable golf-slash-pool game tasks you with shooting balls into holes with limited shots. Created by Martin Jonassan (holedown, twofold inc, and rymdkapsel), the game features procedurally generated levels that will test your strategic prowess against fun variables.
The title also boasts charming visuals, super cute balls, and a meditative soundtrack, but for those who are looking for something more fast-paced, the Fast Run mode lets you hit your goals under a time limit while you're aiming to keep things spicier.
Star Stable Online
Finally on Android, this horse-themed adventure game lets you ride into Jorvik with your own gorgeous stallions. You'll train and take care of your ponies, and you have the freedom to own as many horses as you like. Then, set out on quests with them to explore more of the island.
The game also lets you chill with your best buds online or compete against them in riding tournaments. Of course, you can tinker around with more than 50 horse breeds and customise their looks, whether you'd like to don them in fancy clothes or spruce up their saddlebags and accessories to express their unique personalities.
