Olympic gold medal-winning athlete Michael Johnson to release 3 iOS apps

Four-time Olympic gold medal-winning sprinter and world record holder for the 400m Michael Johnson is gearing up to release three different iOS applications to coincide with the London 2012 Olympics.

This trio of apps, which will be available on the App Store this summer, is intended to both educate and entertain.

The first two of these apps, Michael Johnson's Motiv8 and Michael Johnson's Fun Run, will be launched at a special event at Apple's flagship Regent Street in London, UK, at 2pm on Wednesday July 11th.

Johnson will talk about his apps during a special Q&A session hosted by Team GB Olympic athlete Iwan Thomas.

Until then, we can't tell you very much about these two apps. We can't even give you a name for Johnson's third upcoming release, mind. Because it hasn't got one yet. Okay? Good.
