Margonem 2 is a mix of a dungeon crawler and deckbuilder, coming to iOS and Android soon

Margonem 2 is an upcoming title from an indie studio called Garmory from Poland, aimed at players looking for a mixture of adventure and thrill. It allows them to explore dungeons, fight monsters and find invaluable treasures at the same time. Margonem 2 is also a mix of numerous genres like role-playing, dungeon crawling, deckbuilding, and rogue-like action. This means it has a little something for everyone.

You play as The Hero of the story who travels through dungeons in search of precious treasures. The aforementioned treasures are guarded by numerous monsters and trolls who are going to put up a huge fight. That’s where the cards come in. You must craft powerful cards and gear in order to defeat the evil residents of these dungeons.

Venturing into these dungeons won't be an easy task. Being a rogue-like, dying is not much of an option. Each level you play is going to put your mind and reflexes to the test. You will need to have your thinking cap on at all times. The dungeons are not small. You must cover every inch of each if you want to locate the treasure. Of course, it won’t be a walk in the park thanks to all the monsters lurking around in the dark pits.

Remember that cards are your best friends. Going into dungeons, you will take offensive and defensive cards with you, which decides your fate. Make use of the cauldron where you can mix ingredients to come up with powerful cards to obliterate all trolls in your path. Margonem 2 is a game of risk and rewards. With every dungeon you visit, the stakes are high but are the prizes.

A highly interesting mix of genres, Margonem 2 brings back the classic dungeon crawler genre with the immersion of RPGs, the difficulty of rogue-likes, and the complexity of deckbuilding. Being a sequel, the game still sticks to its roots while also adding loads of new mechanics and freshness to the game.

Margonem 2 is currently in pre-alpha but will launch on the App Store and Google Play. It will be free-to-play with absolutely no microtransactions.
