Limit Zero Breakers is an upcoming ARPG from VIC, NCSoft and Kadokawa
Saving the world isn't everything

- Limit Zero Breakers has had a name change
- This upcoming ARPG is going to be on full display at Tokyo Games Show
- Embark aboard the Weaverwhale to find the Vault of the Gods
If you're looking for a new ARPG outside the usual suspects, then you're in luck. Because Limit Zero Breakers, an upcoming multiplatform release developed by VIC Games in collaboration with Kadokawa and published by NCSoft, has not just received a name change, but will also be making an appearance at Tokyo Game Show!
The prestigious Tokyo Game Show (which we actually covered a bit last year) boasts appearances from many publishers and developers. Limit Zero Breakers is billed as a playable anime, which takes you to a fantasy world where, surprisingly, you aren't the heroes in charge of saving anyone.
No, instead, your objective is simply to find the Vault of the Gods and see your dearest wish granted. Aboard the airship Weaverwhale, you'll journey across the world, slicing and dicing through monsters while meeting a cast of distinctive characters to interact with. Just as you would see in your favourite anime or manga.

Fly high, free bird
Formerly known as Breakers: Unlock the World, the change to Limit Zero Breakers isn't a major one, but the news of it did flag up this new release for us. And it certainly looks very interesting, especially being packed with all the recognisable flair of Kadokawa's style of manga. Not only that, but the colourful combat, multiplatform release and promised multiplayer aspects such as three-person raids suggest that Limit Zero Breakers is definitely one to watch. While we won't be covering TGS from the ground this year, stay tuned to find out more!
