Popular automobile game developer Hutch announces new game in collaboration with NASCAR
When mobile racing games come up, Hutch’s name is always taken as they’ve developed superhit titles such as F1 Clash and Top Drives. The automotive game developer has now announced their next project, which is in partnership with NASCAR, another renowned brand when it comes to automobiles.
The announcement comes at the perfect time as NASCAR is celebrating its 75th anniversary this year. They have been at the forefront of high-octane races and are responsible for sanctioning the number one form of motorsports in the United States. With fans spread all over the world, a mobile game is the best way to reach everyone simultaneously.
Hutch will take the lead in the development of the game following close inputs from NASCAR themselves, in order to create the ultimate mobile racing experience for fans. Not much is being revealed about the game as of yet - we don’t even have an official title. What we do know is that it will make full use of Hutch’s expertise in the field as well as its licensed IPs that fans have come to love.
Speaking about their project, Peter Stott, Game Director at Hutch, said: “The NASCAR brand is an ideal fit for Hutch. Our passion for motorsports and drive to create genre-defining experiences for mobile will enable us to deliver for the many global fans of the sport. That same passion forms the foundation of our relationship with NASCAR, which will fuel our ability to make another hit Hutch title. We’re proud to be able to work with another key automotive licensor, continuing our rich history of partnered game development.”Hunting for similar games while you wait?
