Honkai: Star Rail - Best Seele Build

Seele is an SS tier character according to our Honkai: Star Rail tier list. The reason behind her high ranking is no other than her ability to dish out a lot of Quantum damage and clear the battlefield thanks to her reset mechanic.

Whenever Seele takes down an enemy, she gets to attack again. This effect can occur once per attacking phase, but if she uses her Ultimate move, the effect resets and she can attack again. On top of that, Seele has a very high SPD.

Ability Type Tag
Phantom Illusion Technique Enchance
Thwack Basic ATK Single Target
Seathed Blade Skill Single-Target
Butterfly Flurry Ultimate Single
Resurgence Talent Enchance

On the following pages, we are going to talk about Seele's best relics, cones, and of course, the best team for her. Check them out! Also, if you are a F2P player, these are the best f2p teams in the game.

Best Relics for Seele

First Relic for Seele

Genius of Brilliant Stars is the only Relic set that you want to have on Seele as it gives her everything that she needs, which is damage. Stats that you should look for on her gears are SPD, CRT, ATK, and Quantum damage. Challenge Cavern of Corrosion until you get the right piece of equipment and you won't regret it.

Second Relic

Space Sealing Station is a very obvious choice when it comes to Seele's planar ornament relic set. The two-piece bonus grants her extra ATK which is what you want. Since her SPD is already high, it's very easy to proc the set's second effect and gain double the ATK amount.

Best Light Cone for Seele

Seele cone

There's a reason why Seele is featured on the cover of this Light Cone. It's just the best one that she can get. Of course, since it's a 5-star cone, it won't be easy to reach the maximum superimpose level, but even so, it's still an amazing option for Seele as it synergises extremely well with her talents and relic sets.
In the Night
Increases the wearer’s CRIT Rate by 24%. While the wearer is in battle, for every 10 SPD that exceeds 100, increase the wearer’s Basic ATK and Skill DMG by 12%, and increase the CRIT DMG of their Ultimate by 16%.

This effect can stack up to 8 time(s)

Cruising in the Stellar Sea is the alternative when it comes to Light Cones for Seele. Obviously, it's not as good as "In the Night", but it's good enough. Especially if you are a F2P player, this is your best option as it's easy to max out this one.
Cruising in the Stellar Sea
Increases the wearer’s CRIT rate by 16% and increases their CRIT rate against enemies with HP less than or equal to 50% by an additional 16%. When the wearer defeats an enemy, increase their ATK by 40% for 3 turns.

Best Team for Seele

Best team for Seele

If you want to make the most of Seele's skill set, you should put the right team around her. And if you do, you won't regret it. Maybe I'm biased since this is my favourite team and the line-up that I use the most to clear the game's content. But anyway, let's break down how it works.

Pella is something like a hybrid of DPS and support. Her ability to lower enemies' DEF benefits Seele greatly, especially against elite mobs and whatnot. On top of that, her damage is pretty decent and her ultimate hits every enemy. You could experiment with Bronya, but then the problem is if you don't have the right equipment, you are going to run out of energy for Seele pretty fast. Asta grants SPD to her allies, and Seele likes SPD. So this is a pretty obvious choice. Natasha or Bailu are the healers of the team. If you are a F2P player, go with Natasha. Otherwise, Bailu is superior thanks to her ability which allows her to revive her allies once per battle. And, since this whole team comp revolves around Seele, that revive ability can be very clutch.

I've enjoyed playing games ever since I was a kid (which was a long long time ago at this point). It all started off with an Atari 65XE, then came an Amiga 500+, a Sega Genesis, a 386, and the rest was history. I consider myself lucky to have been able to experience the gaming evolution over the years - this is my passion, and what I will continue to do for as long as I can.
