While it may be only available on mobile via Apple Arcade, on both handheld and other platforms, Hello Kitty Island Adventure has made a big splash. And why wouldn't it? Considering it features Sanrio's top mascot characters all in one place. Now, they're set to receive their first-ever DLC with Wheatflour Wonderland!
Wheatflour Wonderland sees a magical potion open a strange portal to the Wheatflour Wonderland in Hello Kitty's cafe. This fairytale landscape of waving grain, castles, ruins and magic features plenty of sights to see. That means new outfits and accessories to fit the magical theming, as well as magic wands to solve puzzles and challenges!
It even features a brand new friend to meet as Cogimyun makes their Hello Kitty Island Adventure debut! They've got an urgent request for your help to restore the Wheatflour Guardians and unlock the Ancient Citadel, where there's supposedly treasure galore.
Sorting the wheat from the chaff
As you might expect, this is a very twee DLC for an exceptionally twee game. But at the same time, that's not necessarily a bad thing since I can't imagine you're flocking to Hello Kitty Island Adventure for grim and grittiness!And if you're a fan who plays via Apple Arcade, don't fret! Because it won't cost you a penny to get Wheatflour Wonderland, as it's set to arrive on mobile come September 18th, completely free! That means you'll be able to jump right in and experience the whole swathe of brand-new content to explore.
