Greedy Cats is an idle clicker game about entering eating competitions, available now for iOS and Android

Today, publisher PikPok has released another idle clicker game for iOS and Android called Greedy Cats. It joins their other entries in the genre which include the likes of Doomsday Clicker, Kung Fu Clicker, and Dungeon Inc.

Greedy Cats sees you playing as a feline that's taking part in various eating contests, in a bid to become the greatest food muncher of all time. Through tapping and unlocking various boosts you will earn different trophies alongside accruing fans and unlocking craftable outfits.

The entire focus won't be on tapping away on your screen, however. It will also be important to choose the right combination of outfits and accessories whilst levelling them up will also be vital to your eating contest success. You can check out some gameplay in the embedded video above.

At launch, there are 60 different types of cat to unlock alongside 200 outfits to add to your collection, each of which can be levelled up. There are also several different snacks to munch on, with each delicacy promising some kind of surprise. Meanwhile, there will be various fans to obtain with unique bonuses being unlocked for gaining their support.

Elsewhere you will find numerous limited-time events that will offer additional rewards alongside daily missions and prize wheels. Meanwhile, the game incorporates different social features as another way to earn some delicious treats.

Discussing the release of the game, Mario Wynands, CEO of PikPok said: “Greedy Cats takes a colourful and approachable theme and combines it with a rich depth of content. There are so many surprises to discover and we can’t wait for them to delight our fans.”

Greedy Cats is available now over on the App Store and Google Play. It's a free-to-play game with in-app purchases.
