Genshin Impact is conclucing Sumeru's storyline with the v3.2 Akasha Pulses, the Kalpa Flame Rises update
Genshin Impact’s version 3.0 marked the beginning of a new chapter in the adventure RPG as it introduced the new Sumeru region. With the next update, we dived deeper into Sumeru’s history with the addition of the Red Desert and now, Genshin’s v3.2, Akasha Pulses, the Kalpa Flame Rises is all set to bring Sumeru’s storyline to an end beginning November 2nd.
Everything from the past two updates has led to this climax in version 3.2, and it all will culminate into a grand finale featuring local allies, new playable characters, and a tonne of events over the update’s different phases. While this may conclude the Sumeru’s Archon Quest chapter, numerous adventures await travellers in the world of Teyvat.
Akasha Pulses, the Kalpa Flame Rises takes place after the Sabzeruz Festival. Nahida has been trapped by The Doctor and players must rescue her while also defeating the third Fatui Harbinger boss. It will be a battle for the ages, where Balladeer will turn into a mechanical puppet that has two forms and multiple elemental abilities.
That was about the upcoming story. Now let’s look at all the new additions coming to Genshin Impact in the version 3.2 update. Two new characters will become playable in this update. The first one is Nahida, the Dendro Archon that excels in using her Elemental Skill and Layla, an Akademiya student in Astrology, a Cryo user whose true power is revealed only when she is sleepwalking.
Further, a bunch of gameplay events will go live. In Fabulous Fungus Frenzy, players will enter a competition that involves catching and training Fungi, Adventurer’s Trials will have some challenges set up for players, and the new Dendro Hypostasis will complete the puzzle of the Hypostasis family, paving way for another open world boss.
And to top it off, the much-awaited Replication System will be added to the game as part of the Serenitea Pot system. This will allow sharing realm designs and using others’ in their own Teapot.
