Genshin Impact's version 3.1 is nearly wrapped up with the launch of the Star Seeker's Sojourn event
We seem to be nearing the end of Genshin Impact’s version 3.1 – King Deshret and the Three Magi update as we’ve pretty much run out of events, as the Star Seeker’s Sojourn launches today. But the good thing is that this means another update must be just around the corner. Leaks have suggested version 3.2 will release on November 2nd and more information should be out soon.
But right now, let’s focus on Genshin Impact’s latest event, Star Seeker’s Sojourn. In this event, players must help complete the wishes of the commission-giver Banu. She is looking for Future Stars that can be found in different areas and is willing to provide a gadget and lots of rewards for finding these objects.
The quest is available for players above Adventure Rank 30, provided they have completed Archon Quest Chapter III: Act I: Through Mists of Smoke and Forests Dark. Rewards for finding the Stars include Primogems, Mora. Hero’s Wit, Talent Level-Up and Weapon Ascension Materials, and Mystic Enhancement Ore.
Locating these elusive Stars requires a special gadget called Banu’s Wisdom, which can be obtained from Banu herself once players accept the exploration commission. Once equipped, players must travel to different designated areas and use the device to find these Future Stars.
But just finding the Star doesn’t mean you’ve obtained it. Standing between the player and Star is a puzzle. Only when it is completed, will players be able to successfully get hold of the Future Star located in the surroundings.
A couple of things to remember to make the search easier are that the Banu’s Wisdom’s light spread will get smaller as players near the Star, so the tinier the AoE, the closer the Star, and it will be important to keep an eye out for environmental changes while solving puzzles using Tri-Yana Seeds may unlock some unexpected rewards too.
