Developer Starmi and publisher Lionheart Games have announced the upcoming launch of Dragonspire, an anime-style action roguelike coming to both PC and mobile devices. The action-packed game features cooperative play for up to 3 players across the world of Asteria.

In Dragonspire, players can look forward to procedurally generated challenges where they can team up with their online buddies to brave different obstacles. They'll face off against epic bosses, take down enemy hordes, collect bountiful loot and more as they unlock new powers and skills along the way.

Breeze, Serena or Naomi? There are plenty of unique heroes for players to choose from with their own personalities, elemental affinities, battle specialisations and more. The game boasts over 150 elemental crests as well, along with miracle eggs that players can hatch to gain useful pet boons along the way. You might even hatch a mythical pet if the RNG gods are in your favour.

The game has been dubbed as an "anime Hades" in its official press release, and from the looks of the images available online, it does share similarities with the popular roguelike. There's no official word on the actual release date next year just yet, but if you're eager to join in on all the fun and experience the game for yourself, you can add it to your wishlist on Steam for now.

You can also join the community of followers over on the official Twitter page to stay updated on all the latest developments, join the official Discord to stay in the loop, or visit the official website for more info on the game.
