We’re just a few days away from Christmas and Com2uS is already giving away presents in the form of updates as Dear, Ella receives a new one too. It introduces a new PvP mode, seasonal events, exclusive gear, and a bunch of other rewards.

To kick things off in Dear, Ella’s latest update is Arena Mode, a new place to engage in PvP battles. Players will be able to fight against each other by tactically deploying heroes to ensure their victory.

Arena’s first season will go live next year, on January 9th, 2023. Participants will receive rewards based on their performance in the matches. Those that manage to hit a rank of 100 or above will also additionally be awarded with Crystals.

Upcoming seasonal events will also be oriented towards the arena mode. Players joining the fray by December 28th will be rewarded with Hero Tickets and Gems based on how many battles they participate in and win. The victors will receive extra rewards in the form of gems and random boxes that contain legendary gear.

Meanwhile, a new Crystal Shop is also opening in Dear, Ella. Crystals, which are really vital in-game items will now be offered to everyone as rewards. No microtransactions when you can actually earn them. These Crystals can be used to obtain super rare items and exclusive gear to power up the heroes.

In Dear, Ella, players take on the role of Ella, a princess who was set to ascend to the throne after her father’s death but was killed before that could happen. She has reincarnated in the future and is now building an army to avenge her father and reclaim her kingdom.
