Wrinklers in Cookie Clicker are leeches that appear near your cookies. They will try to eat them and reduce your CpS. However, they also accumulate all of the eaten cookies. You can get them back by defeating Wrinklers.

HOW TO DEFEAT WRINKLERS IN COOKIE CLICKER

You can beat Wrinklers in Cookie Clicker by simply clicking on them three times. After you do it with a Wrinkler, it will explode and give you all Cookies it consumed. Of course, the number of Cookies you will receive will be increased by 10% and Wrinklers are quite an interesting way to earn more resources.

WHAT ARE SHINY WRINKLERS IN COOKIE CLICKER?

Shiny Wrinklers are a rare version of these creatures. Such a Wrinkler spawns with a small chance and rewards you with a bigger amount of Cookies when you defeat it. However, there is also another variation of Wrinklers and we are going to talk about it too.

WHO ARE WINKLERS IN COOKIE CLICKER?

Winklers are alternative skins for Wrinklers. They look like giant pink worms and work exactly the same way. When you start a new match, there is a small chance that Winklers will spawn instead of Wrinklers. However, this is just a cosmetic feature and it doesn’t affect gameplay.

HOW TO SUMMON WRINKLERS IN COOKIE CLICKER

In order to summon Wrinklers in Cookie Clicker, you will need to start the Grandmapocalypse event. Follow the next steps:

  • Start your playthrough.
  • Continue to progress through the game until you get six Grandmas and seven Grandma types.
  • Unlock the Bingo Center/Research Facility.
  • Purchase the One Mind research.

After the One Mind research is done, the Grandmapocalypse will start. This event will cause Wrinklers to spawn. Also, you can continue to purchase various upgrades from the Bingo Centre. The Communal Brainsweep and Elder Pact will increase the spawn rate of Wrinklers.

IS THERE A WAY TO UPGRADE WRINKLERS IN COOKIE CLICKER?

Wrinklers in Cookie Clicker can be upgraded. Here are all of these upgrades:

  • Unholy Bait – Increases spawn rate of Wrinklers.
  • Wrinklerspawn – Wrinklers give 5% more Cookies upon death.
  • Elder Spice – Increases the amount of Wrinklers that you can have by 2.
  • Sacrilegious Corruption – Increases the amount of cookies Wrinklers regurgitate.
  • Eye of the Wrinkler – Allows you to see how many Cookies your Wrinkelrs eat.
