Clash of Clans celebrates 10 years with special documentary, limited merch and in-game events

Clash of Clans fans can join in on the popular strategy game's epic 10-year anniversary with a host of fun events this season. In particular, the milestone celebration includes the Clash Boss campaign where players can put their skills to the test for ten consecutive days while walking down memory lane. Players can also share in the momentous history of the game with a new mockumentary that showcases the highlights across the past "forty years" of Clash.

In the 10-year anniversary festivities for Clash of Clans, players can revel in the expansive universe of the franchise (which includes Clash Royale, Clash Quest and Clash Mini, along with Clash Heroes) with fun retro merch. For instance, there will be a limited launch of Garbage Pail Kids cards from Topps, as well as a Clash of Clans-themed limited edition General Mills 90s-era “Barb’s Choco Boom Booms” (exclusively available on Walmart.com).

We could only ever have dreamt about a community as passionate, loyal and vibrant as the Clash community has become,” says Darian Vorlick, community manager. “It’s always been our goal to create games that are loved by many, played for years and remembered forever, so we want to thank all of our players who make this possible with this epic celebration and tons of rewards.”

Players can continue to celebrate the three billion installs across the whole Clash IP with special in-game prizes and quirky 80s and 90s-themed mini-games with a time-travelling Barbarian. If you're eager to join in on all the fun, you can download Clash of Clans on the Google Play Store for Android devices and on the iOS App Store. It's a free-to-play game with in-app purchases.
