Cats & Soup hosts celebratory event in honour of the official YouTube channel reaching 500k subscribers with tons of free handouts
NEOWIZ has announced a celebratory event being held within their super popular and extremely cute idle game Cats & Soup that will bring with it the chance to get a ton of limited costumes, furniture pieces, observatory tickets, and gems. This event is being held in honour of their associated YouTube channel, kittypawpaw, breaking over 500,000 subscribers, and is meant as thanks to the ever-so-loyal fanbase.
The celebratory event will have plenty on offer simply for logging in, offering players 4 chances a day at the list of 60 items, including the previously mentioned cosmetics and some new furniture pieces to put into your cat’s mini-rooms. Those observatory tickets can be traded in for the chance at some new cats, and the gems are always helpful as they act as the game’s premium currency and can be used for a wide variety of things within the in-game store.
There have also been some UI adjustments as well, such as the pop-up notification for cooking soup, blending juice, and grilling barbeque has been renovated and looks a little nicer. There’s also a new feature that will allow you to swap appearances for facilities, lamps, and timers, allowing you to really customize your cat garden as much as you please.
Of course, it wouldn’t be a Cats & Soup update without a brand new cat as well. This time around, we’ll be getting the Mackerel Tabby along with a summer mountain-themed furniture set and some other new permanent cosmetics to grab as well.
