As for the Dragon Hurricane, it creates a small twirling dragon that deals damage to anyone it encounters along its path. If the dragon touches something, it will explode into a blue hurricane, hitting multiple times and launching enemies upwards. The hurricane lasts 2-3 seconds and deals a lot of damage.
You can also increase the total damage by 15% by upgrading the True Triple Katana by going to the Blacksmith. The process requires you to have Leather, Mystic Droplets and Dragon Scales.
