Azur Lane's latest update launches the Parallel Superposition event
Yostar has just announced the launch of an exciting new update on Azur Lane, which introduces an event called Parallel Superposition. A lot is going to happen in the naval shoot’ em up game as five Eagle Union shipgirls have gained powers and Yorktown has ascended to the Ultra Rare Aircraft Carrier stage, the first of its kind.
Parallel Superposition will run until January 4th on Azur Lane. Things began with the investigation of the Anchorage phenomenon and it led to the Commander being separated from the rest of the squad in virtual space. After seeing the dream that saw the Sea of Stars being attacked, the Commander is trapped in an unknown horizon.
By completing the variety of stages available in this event, players will gather Points that can be exchanged for rewards such as a Super Rare character Hornet II, the event-limited Elite character Langley II, and Ultra Rare Gear AD-1 Skyraider.
While we may be in the midst of winter, things are still heating up on Azur Lane as four mini-events are being added to the Vacation Resort. The Open-Air Onsen event will see players build and run an entire Hot Spring Hotel. In Sirens vs Swimsuits, players will earn a swimming costume for Birmingham.
Finishing the Blessings and New Year’s Invitation event will reward the 7 pick 1 SR ship coupon, while lucky pouches will be granted to everyone in Try Your Luck. In addition to this, players will also be rewarded with the Sea of Stars Loop portrait frame.
Five new shipgirls are being introduced as well, and here’s a quick look at all of them:
- Yorktown II – UR Aircraft Carrier
- Hornet II – SR Aircraft Carrier
- Northampton II – SR Heavy Cruiser
- Hammann II – Elite Destroyer
To top it off, a lot of new items are being added, including 16 skins, furniture items, and much more.
