It's rare for a mobile MMORPG to hit a truly lengthy tenure. That realm of very long-running releases in the genre is, at least as far as I'm aware, pretty short. So it's well worth noting that Avabel Online is celebrating a whopping 12 years since release with a suite of events!

What is Avabel Online? Well, it really does put the massive in MMORPG. Boasting tower siege battles that can host up to 1000 players, Avabel Online usually focuses on a somewhat smaller scale between these massive bouts as you explore the world of Avabel in the genre's classic fashion.

It's your choice whether you want to take on monsters or jump into PvP combat and team up with guilds of 200 people participating in both regular deathmatches and high-level tournaments.

But that's enough about what Avabel Online is. What's in store for new and returning fans alike? Well, to start from today until August 20th, you'll be able to nab a commemorative screenshot in Revere and the Event Square, while a 12th anniversary dungeon packed with exclusive anniversary monsters and more is also on the cards until the 20th.

There's a whole host of other events to jump into taking place throughout June and through to August, such as the Historic Monster event (July 2nd-9th) and 12th Anniversary Rush Battle (July 23rd to August 20th). But if you're just checking in before the 20th of August, you'll still be able to nab the commemorative 12th Anniversary Ring Avatar to spice up your character.
