Knights of San Francisco celebrates Halloween with a discount for the text-based narrative adventure
|

Solo developer Filip Hracek has released a new treat for players of Knights of San Francisco this season - a Halloween discount that lowers the price tag of the narrative adventure from $2.99 to $1.99. Now, players can explore a futuristic and fantastical San Francisco at a much cheaper price.

Knights of San Francisco is a unique text-only simulation game that features dynamic combat and a highly engaging narrative all portrayed through text. Players will wander through a San Francisco that's infested with goblins, and will have to use their wits and their necromancer skills to survive the sprawling city.

With the game's discounted promo, players can score the thrilling RPG text adventure for a lower rate from October 28th to Nov 1st. The game's overall playtime lasts about 90 minutes, with lots of twists, turns, and unexpected surprises lurking in every corner - flying limbs, evil lizardmen, and rabid zombies included.

In case you're not familiar with the game, Knights of San Francisco was inspired by tabletop RPGs such as Dungeon World. You'll have to battle ferocious monsters, raise the dead, or chop off someone's limb if you have to. Every single choice you make will lead to specific consequences, so even battle decisions can make or break your whole party. A lot of the text is also generated as you go and isn't pre-written.

If you're eager to give the game a go, there's no better time than now to download Knights of San Francisco on the iOS App Store or on the Google Play Store for Android devices. The Halloween discount will run from October 28th to Nov 1st and will lower the price of the game from $2.99 to $1.99.
