Tivola has just announced a brand new game titled Petventures, a soothing mobile sim that lets players care for animals in a mountain valley resort. Out now on iOS and Android, the charming game for all ages features a wide variety of animals players can nurture, as well as individual background stories for each animal to keep the game as immersive and engaging as possible.

Partly funded by the German Federal Ministry of Transport and Digital Infrastructure (BMVI), Petventures tasks players with making their own animal refuge flourish using different resources at their disposal. Players will be able to unlock both domestic and wild animals of varying rarities, which they can train to help them on adventures. These quests include reforestation efforts and rebuilding dams, as well as discovering treasures and gathering food from their own garden.

"Petventures stays true to the proven concept of our many successful animal care games; however, the gameplay is much more multi-faceted and there is also much more content," says Hendrik Peeters, CEO of Tivola. "If you liked HorseWorld, Pet Hotel or My Red Panda, you'll love Petventures."

The game features 49 unique characters with a multitude of interaction possibilities. You can feed them, play with them, train them, and make friends with them. As you learn more about the stories of each animal, you can check your scrapbook to see a log of the animals' pasts.

If you're eager to give the game a go, Petventures is available to download on the Google Play Store or on the iOS App Store. It's a free-to-play game with in-app purchases.
