Farmville 2: Country Escape celebrates Father’s Day with new toy challenge

How else can you show your appreciation for the main man in your life? Our dearest Dads might even have been the one who introduced us to our very first game! Whether you’re honouring your father with conventional gifts or looking for something a little less traditional, it seems like FarmVille 2: Country Escape is way ahead of us with its in-game Father’s Day event.

This Father’s Day, Zynga’s hit title on peaceful farm life is introducing exciting new toy challenges in its father-themed toy shop event. Toymaker Tomas is setting up an exhibit on the farm to showcase his handcrafted toys such as a 1950s toy train and a cool robot with his daughter, Perky Perla, alongside him. Apart from helping out with the toy showcase, Perla wants to do a little something extra to show her love for her father. She believes that a unique gift for the special occasion should do the trick, but she’ll need everyone’s help to unlock everything she needs.

It’s not just about harvesting crops and raising animals this season! Players are tasked to accomplish this challenge by completing five stages in total, all of which will have important items like keys, stamps, barn locks, and a temporary farmhand as a reward. Running from June 23rd to July 11th, this Father’s Day event will keep players busy on top of all that farming, crafting, customizing, and collecting.

FarmVille 2: Country Escape is available to download on the App Store and on Google Play as a free-to-play game with in-app purchases. You can stay updated on the latest developments on the game’s official Facebook page to know more.
