Wingspan, the relaxing bird collecting card game, is coming to iOS on July 20th. The award-winning strategy title based on the popular board game lets players unleash their inner ornithologists with a whopping 170 unique birds to collect. As you build your wildlife preserves of winged wonders, you can also compete with up to four other players locally or online.

The meditative game stays true not only to the unique sounds that each bird makes but also to the abilities of the birds themselves. For instance, hawks will inevitably want to hunt while pelicans can fish. Different birds have a wide variety of combinations that can attract more species to your habitats. Every bird will also offer you power-ups that can boost your abilities to lay eggs, gather food, or draw more cards.

As the keeper of your own nature reserve, you’ll need to provide shelter and give your bird companions some TLC among three habitats, namely, the Forest, Wetland, and Grassland. Making each habitat thrive is key to keeping your natural reserves a haven for birds everywhere. The game also boosts your brainpower with tiny tidbits and juicy facts about wildlife as you build your bird kingdom, and to top it all off, a relaxing soundtrack serenades you in the background the whole time.

Wingspan is now available for pre-order on the App Store - it’s a premium title for $9.99, with Switch and PC versions also available (the Xbox One version will be out on June 18th). You can also join the community of fans over at the game's official Discord, or visit the social media channels on Facebook and Twitter to stay updated on the latest developments about the game.
