Bio Inc., DryGin Studios' dark comedy "medical malpractice simulator", was a genuinely nasty piece of work, equally funny and repellent. Now, the team is set to launch its long-awaited follow up in the form of Bio Inc. Nemesis.

You'll take charge of a team of rebel doctors (or serial killers, if we're being honest) who set out to afflict great pain on their unsuspecting patients, giving them diseases and horrendous infections in the hopes of ending them before any non-killer doctors can administer a cure. It's bleak stuff to be sure, so it's maybe best to sit this one out if you're not on board for such unrelenting nastiness.

At launch, there are over 30 doctors to recruit to your cause, ranging from outwardly normal folks to "wacky-tobacky smoking alternative medicine practitioners". Every MD comes with their own unique talents that allow them to more skilfully execute their patients. Some of these include the ability to develop risk factors that accelerate their patients' untimely demise and knowing how to manipulate their lifestyle.

As you progress, you'll be able to upgrade your roster, improving the efficiency of your characters' murderous talents or unlocking new powers for them to use. These will surely come in handy when dealing with healthier patients.

There are currently three full campaigns to work your way through, as well as your typical mix of events and challenges. There's also an extensive arena mode where you can take on other players' practices in head-to-head competitions.

Since launch, the original Bio Inc. has achieved over 17 million downloads across iOS and Android, with 400,000 of those coming from this month alone due to the ongoing coronavirus outbreak.

You'll find it available for download now from both the App Store and Google Play as a free-to-play title. And be sure to keep an eye out for Bio Inc. Nemesis when it launches for iOS and Android on February 26th.
