Relentless Software's Quiz Climber for iPhone updated with new questions, crowns, new leaderboards

An update has been released for competitive brainpuzzler Quiz Climber, adding new intellectual challenges and ego boosts.

Thanks to a fresh batch of questions, there are now 3,000 brainteasers to test your little grey cells, with the smartest participant each week earning himself a shiny crown.

Although high scores are reset every Tuesday, the new update introduces the ability to check out the previous week's scores to see how / if your mental prowess is improving.

How high?

Quiz Climber tasks you with answering 50 multiple-choice questions on a range of topics, such as movies, music, general knowledge, and history.

As you frantically answer each poser, your cute and cuddly squirrel avatar climbs up a quiz tree, bypassing your slightly thicker Facebook friends.

You can even buy and earn lifelines, which give you a second chance should you get a question incorrect.
